    1. Tell me about yourself — the GOOD answer

While what you say is critical at job interviews, how you behave — your mannerisms, body language, etc — are every bit as important. Interviewers want a person who can do the job well; but they also want someone who can get along well with co-workers and superiors.

    • Increased urination,
    • Increased thirst and
    • Hunger.

    Other common symptoms:

    • Fatigue,
    • Blurred vision,
    • Urinary and vaginal infections
    • Skin infections, especially fungal or more serious bacterial infections.
    • Frequently upset stomach, stomach pains, nausea and vomiting
Diabetes affects all organs of the body. The long-term effects include:

    1. Retinopathy: damage to the retina of the eye that can cause blindness.
    2. Nephropathy: damage to the kidneys that can lead to kidney failure.
    3. Peripheral neuropathy: damage to the nerves in the limbs, which causes numbness, tingling (eg feeling like crawling of ants over the skin) and pain in the feet, legs and hands.
    4. Autonomic neuropathy: damage to the nerves of the internal organs, resulting in problems with digestion, diarrhoea, impotence, fast heartbeat (”tachycardia”) and altered blood pressure.
    5. Atherosclerosis: hardening or blockage of arteries, that can lead to heart attack and stroke (”Brain attack”).
    6. Peripheral vascular disease: damage to the arteries causes poor circulation in the legs and feet. This poor circulation, along with nerve damage, can result in serious foot and leg infections that may require amputation.
    7. Skin infections, especially fungal infections such as ringworm, jock itch, and athlete’s foot. Other bacterial infections are also common and can occasionally be life threatening.
    8. Vaginal infections, as high levels of sugar encourage the growth of yeast
    9. Urinary tract infections.

Eating fish may reduce the occurrence of kidney disease in diabetics.

Studies in the past have shown that fish and fish oil consumption is beneficial in managing diabetes. To examine whether or not fish helps preventing kidney disease in individuals with or without diabetes, researchers from Britain studied 22,384 men and women out of which 517 were diabetic. The researchers used food frequency questionnaires to know the consumption of fish by the participants.

It was found that among the 517 diabetics, the presence of gross albumin (protein) in the urine (macroalbuminuria), an indication of advanced kidney disease, was 8.3 percent compared to 0.6% in non-diabetics. Microalbuminuria (presence of small amounts of albumin in urine - an indicator of early kidney damage) was 23% in diabetics, compared to 11% in non-diabetics. According to food questionnaire responses, 18 percent of diabetics who ate fish less than once a week had macroalbuminuria, versus 4 percent of those who included fish in their diet more than twice a week. After adjusting the data for clinical, social, demographic, lifestyle, and dietary factors, regular fish consumption remained a significant predictor of freedom from macroalbuminuria among diabetics.

The above findings could be attributed to the fact that fish has a unique nutrient composition that might prevent kidney damage by enhancing blood sugar control or improving lipid profiles.

Further studies are expected to resolve the types of fish, modes of preparation, and dietary frequency to best protect the kidneys of patients with diabetes.

Not the Warning but the Fact

We inform and warn India’s government to stop the continuous injustice against the Muslims.

Return all the states that were seized from the Muslims. We are that “nation” which never forgets its history and repeats its history over and over again. The fresh examples of which are Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, Somalia and Kashmir.

Whatever you had to do you have done and what we had to endure we have endured. This is now our innings and we won’t let go of it. We will play our innings in style.

We know the Indian government won’t take this warning seriously. We are determined that this warning be made real and therefore you have already witnessed its vivid example in Mumbai.

Hindus, do not think India’s ATS and army are laced with modern weapons and are therefore courageous.
This attack is a reaction to those actions that Hindus have been carrying out since 1947. There will be no actions now, only reactions and they will continue until we have avenged every injustice done to us. It will continue till we take back all our seized states.

It is now time that Hindus give up thinking that martyring of Muslims’ mosques, weakening Muslims’ economic condition through riots, and putting educated youths in prison will weaken our confidence. We will not let that happen, not at any cost.

  • Mumbai residents gathered this evening at the Gateway of India to display their solidarity against the terror attacks last week that left 195 dead.

The brazen terrorist attacks on Mumbai have sparked national outrage. Enough is enough is a catch phrase that has captured the imagination of the nation. As Mumbaikars prepare a massive protest at the Gateway of India, a similar one is being organised in New Delhi, at India Gate, 6 pm as well as rallies in other cities in India.

Protest march at Gateway of India

    Unalbe to show flash video

People held flowers, candles and signs that called for peace, unity, and action against Pakistan, terrorism. India has said that “elements” based in Pakistan were responsible for the terrorist attacks. Pakistan has sought proof that people or groups based in the country were behind the attacks.

Please people wake up. We need to revamp our ideology.
Non-violence and secularism is not going to take us nowhere.
