Dharamdeo Rai, migrant labourer from Goria Ghat village in Sant Kabir Nagar district, was pulled out of a compartment and killed when he was returning home. Rai is survived by his wife and daughter. He has three brothers. Ms. Mayawati sanctioned Rs. 2 lakh to the bereaved family.
