This absurd question is being discussed these days that “why have a tough terror law when terror attacks could not be prevented even when such a law was in force earlier and at the same time this law is being misused?”
This question is not asked by a lay man or illiterate person but so called highly educated people and human right activist.

Now the question is

“Our laws are weak. We need strong laws to reign in the terrorists.
Laws of the land must keep pace with the new challenges posed by terrorists,” Kiran Bedi said.

Indian security forces have been battling terrorism in Kashmir for nearly two decades now. Nearly half a million men in uniform are fighting this battle, and thousands have died,

So justice should be done for those victim also.
