    डॉक्टर (मरीज से)- तुम एक दिन में कितनी बीड़ी पीते हो?
    मरीज (डॉक्टर से)- जी, एक दिन में करीब बीस बीड़ी।
    डॉक्टर- यदि मुझसे इलाज कराना है, तो इतनी सारी बीड़ी पीने से परहेज रखना होगा। आज से ही एक नियम बना लो कि सिर्फ भोजन के पश्चात ही एक बीड़ी पियोगे। मरीज ने डॉक्टर की बात सुनकर इलाज कराना शुरु कर दिया। कुछ महीने के बाद मरीज का स्वास्थ्य एकदम सुधर गया।
    डॉक्टर- देखा, मेरे बताए परहेज से तुम्हें कितना स्वास्थ्य लाभ हुआ।
    मरीज- लेकिन डॉक्टर साहब, एक दिन में बीस बार भोजन करना भी कोई सरल कार्य नहीं है।

    Shiva is the experiencer and the highest object of experience. Shiva is  the goal of Sadhana. There is nothing apart from Shiva. There is nothing other  than Shiva. Whatever there is, is Shiva. There is nothing, which is not Shiva.  There is no place, which is not Shiva. There is no time, which is not Shiva. To  be aware of this is to be aware of Shiva.

    Sri Sri Ravishankar-One should ask, what is that which is nor Shiva? The whole world is filled with Shiva. Shiva – whose body is in the whole universe. It was very difficult for artist community to portray Shiva in a picture, because Shiva is beyond imagination. For this reason Shiva was given blue color. Blue signifies all pervading, infinity which has no limits. It has no shape. The ved(Ancient Indian scriptures), the knowledge has no shape. But it infiltrates each and every particle of the universe.
    ‘Saam sada shiv’ – Shiv tattva includes both shiva and Shakti(Male and female energy). Parvati is not different from Shiva. Parvati is that which is born out of celebration. Celebration cannot be there without Shiv tattva. It is impossible to separate Shiva and Shakti even for a second. If Shiva is everywhere, how can Shakti be there beyond its scope. Puranas include various stories of Shiva with a vision that even a child could understand something about this tattva.
    You all experience three states of consciousness – awake, dream, and sleep. The fourth state which is called ‘turia’ ,that you experience in deep meditation, is Shiva. When you experience that state, innocence blossoms. And without innocence you cannot dissolve in that tattva. Hence, He is called Bholenath.

    यज्ञ+उपवीत अर्थात यज्ञोपवीत संस्कृति का एक शब्द है जिसका अर्थ होता है यज्ञ द्वारा पवित्र किया गया सूत्र। इस सूत्र को जनेऊ कहते हैं (Yagyo Pavit is the sanskrit word which means a tag which is sacred by Yagyas , That tag is known as Jenau) ।

    यज्ञोपवीत को एक अन्य नाम “उपनयन” से भी जाना जाता है। इस संस्कार को हिन्दु समाज में महत्व दिया गया है (yagyopavit sanskar is important in Hindu Religion)। प्राचीन काल में इस संस्कार के पश्चात ही व्यक्ति को वेद की शिक्षा ग्रहण करने योग्य माना जाता था। इस संस्कार के साथ व्यक्ति को “द्विज” (जिसने दो बार जन्म लिया हो) की मान्यता मिलती थी।  यज्ञोपवीत संस्कार के विषय में शास्त्र कहता है कि इसमें गुरू , बालक को सर्वप्रथम गायत्री मन्त्र के बारे में बताते हैं( According to our Shastra firstly give gayatri mantra to that person for which Yagyo pavitra sanskar is held on)। वेदों का ज्ञान देते हैं तथा ब्रह्मचर्य आश्रम के सिद्धान्त एवं व्यावहारिक ज्ञान के बारे में बताते हैं। इस संस्कार में बालक तीन धागों से बना जनेऊ पहनता है, जिसमें प्रत्येक धागा एक ऋण का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। प्रथम धागा पितृ ऋण(First tag is for Pitri rin), द्वितीय धागा गुरू ऋण(Second tag is guru rin) और तृतीय धागा देव ऋण(Third tag is for Dev rin) का प्रतीक होता है। इन तीन धागों के अतरिक्त पारिवारिक संस्कारवश तीन धागे और पहनाये जाते हैं, यह संस्कार बालक के विद्यार्थी जीवन का नया चरण होता है।

    Dear Reader,
    Railway Reservation is going to be a terrific problem.No body can get Tatkaal ticket any how.It seems that Railway itself involve in Black Marketing of the Tickets.
    I am staying at Patna from last 6 days trying to get ticket in any train and any class with any Cost.But failed.
    Around Patna Jn Agents are selling Ready-made Ticket with 5 times high rate in front of CRPF and Police.
    It Seems that Mamta Banerjee Goverment is biased with Bihar People and also reduced Kota.

    It Is really frustrating and govt should not involve in these Cheap politics.

    Dear Reader,

    Today Yoga,meditation prayanaam etc has become a consumer product.This product is highest selling and profit earning business in India and also worldwide. In this global competitive era people are more tense and hence prone to stress related disease.So off-course this technique(Yoga,Prayaanam, meditation) Works as magic. Now i have heared so many times from several educated people that these so called baba is just profit making and making fool to people(Wheather Baba Ramdev,Sri Sri,……)

    Now my question is that is profit making,to earn money etc. is a sin? when people can earn by selling wine, cigarette etc then why not a technique, which certainly help you? When a person teach you the right way of living life which is helping you physically and mentally then what wrong to earn from that business which transform your life. Is it so that as you are giving me right thing thats why you don’t earn from this?

    Now second issue is that there may be right or wrong people in this field. So in every business there are right or wrong.So it is you who have choose the right person. I am suffering from so many disease at this tender age.As per doctor these all are stress related. But once you learn that what is life,Who am I?What is the cause of worry? All stress will disappear.
    As per me meditation help us to release stress.It is not a matter that from whom are learning?but just practice it.Connect to God.

    Again few rational people will discuss that there is no god blah,blah,blah. My answer is to whom you are thinking as supreme power.No religion,nothing just a supreme power.

    Ok you dont believe in god?No problem.

    When you were a child your father say you dont do this wrong thing otherwise some devil will catch you and you were not doing that wrong thing.

    similar way if you are doing right thing for god sake and not doing bad thing by the fear of god.It help.

    Hence Do believe in god. I had learn Yoga and Prayaanaam from Swami Ramdev.Since then i had started my thinking as spiritual. Recently I had joined Art of Living and completed advance cource also. Sudarsan kriya guided by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is a great Experience and can not explain as it can be just experienced only. With the guidance of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar many have moved beyond tolerance to unconditional acceptance and love.

    I am requesting to all reader that, please share your experience of Meditation and sudarshan kriya.

  • Mithila culture|Maithil brahmin

    Culture of mithila is known as the best in the world.It is a land of Mandan Mishra,Ayachi,Great Vidyapati and many more.Its culture is very spiritual.In every house there is pandit.But I am unable to understand that why they prefer Non veg like fish.In all the festival of mithila,fish is consider as Sagun

    All brahmin of south is a non vegetarian. I am requesting to all Maithil bandhu to give light on this issue.
